December IRP Renewals Expire on 12/31/25. Please submit renewals right away.
If your IRP renewal expires in December and you didn’t receive an email this month, please email our IRP Department at IRP@TCSPHOENIX.COM Please turn them in as soon as possible.November trips sheets need to be turned in by December 10th. 3rd Quarter 2025 Fuel Taxes were due by 10/31/2025! Turn in July, August & September trips sheets right away. TCS will apply late fee on trips sheets being turned on or after by October 20th.
Like most businesses, our costs and expenses have gone up over the past few years and we have come to the point that we find it necessary to recoup some of those increases. In order for us to retain the best processors and to continue upgrading our computer hardware and software programs, we need to increase our monthly and/or quarterly fuel tax processing fees effective 01/01/2026. Please review your December statement for details.
Office Closures
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
TCS will be closed at noon on Wednesday December 24th, and all day Thursday December 25th for the Christmas Holiday. We will again be closed at noon on Wednesday December 31st, and all day Thursday January 1st for the New Year’s Holiday.
